Progression from Stroke Development.
Swimmers are required to bring flippers, goggles and a water bottle. Our main focus is on technique. Drills are used to improve Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke & Dolphin kick.
Progression from Mini Squad.
Swimmers are also required to bring flippers, goggles & a water bottle. All strokes are practiced at a higher intensity. Shorter rest periods and less fin work to increase fitness levels. This squad is suited for upper primary & high school children swimming for fun, fitness, surf life saving or competitive swimming.
ADULT SWIM-FIT SQUAD
Designed for everyday swimmers 16 years and older who would like some extra motivation to help reach your fitness goals. Programs are designed to suit your current fitness levels & are for serious & non-serious swimmers who want to be challenged & get Swim-Fit in a fun, social environment. Our focus is improving your technique & increasing your stamina & endurance in the pool. Build to 2km or swim up to 3km.
