TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. NEW ENROLMENTS

All new enrolments must be made in person at the Centre, All personal details and contact information required. Places are only secure once payment has been received. If an assessment is required to determine your childs ability it will be organized at this time.

 

2. RE-ENROLLING FOR NEXT TERM

If your child is continuing next term you must confirm this with full payment between weeks 5-8 to secure your spot. If payments are not received at these times, their position in that class will become vacant and will be filled by the next student waiting. These payments are made via our website or by calling the office between 9am-4pm Monday-Friday.

 

3. NON-TRANSFERABLE

Memberships and swimming lessons are non-transferable.

 

4. REFUNDS

Refunds are available for medical reasons only (certificate required) All refunds incur a $25.00 Admin fee, in special circumstances at the discretion of Management.

 

5. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS

Classes are not run on Public Holidays or term school holidays and therefore are not charged as part of your fees.

 

6. MISSED LESSONS

Students are allowed a maximum of 2 catch-up classes per term (If space permits) As long as the Centre has been notified by phone or via the Learn To Swim portal on the website. This must be done by 8:30am on lesson day (morning classes) and 2pm (afternoon classes).

 

7. TEACHERS AND TIME CHANGES

The Centre strives for consistency with teachers and time, however this is not always possible and the Centre reserves the right to make changes if need be.

 

8. PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO

Photographs and videos are not allowed to be taken of a child or children whilst in the Centre.
If you wish to take images you must get consent of all other parents or guardians whose children are in the same class.
