The new Cardio equipment includes Treadmills, Assault Fitness AirRunner, Cross Trainers, Ellipticals,
Bikes, Concept 2 Rower, Upright Skier and more.
The large air-conditioned gym also has a designated Free Weights area which has everything you need to build muscle strength.
Casual entry is available or purchase a 10 Session or Three Month Pass.
All our Gym Memberships are Swim & Gym inclusive. This is a great way to incorporate swimming into your lifestyle and an excellent cross-training workout.
