TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. We’re excited to announce that the Learn to Swim program at Lennox Aquatic Centre will begin in Term 3 this year on Tuesday, July 23rd, catering to all ages.
2. BOND-FEE
Advance payment of 2 lesson bond fee per student is required prior to childs first lesson. The bond fee covers the cost of the final 2 lessons upon departure of the swim school.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment for the lesson must be paid prior to lesson commencing. The fee stands at $25 per child per lesson. Discounts are available for the third child and beyond within a family.
4. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
Classes are not run on Public Holidays or term school holidays and therefore are not charged as part of your fees.
5. MAKE-UP CLASSES
Make up classes are only avaliable if you cancel your scheduled lesson with 24 hours notice. Maximum of 2 make up classes, per student, per term. Make up lessons are only redeemable within one week of the cancellation of a schedualed lesson. If a make up lesson can not be attended the class is forfieted.
6. TEACHERS AND TIME CHANGES
The Centre strives for consistency with teachers and times, however this is not always possible and the Centre reserves the right to make changes if need be.
7. PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO
Photographs and videos are not allowed to be taken of a child or children whilst in the Centre.
If you wish to take images you must get consent of all other parents or guardians whose children are in the same class.
8. SWIMMER NAPPIES
Students who are not toilet trained must wear swimming nappies.
9. FACILITY USAGE
If your child is having a swimming lesson and you wish to swim or use the gym facilities, the normal entry fee for gym and swimming apply.
