MINI SQUAD
Mini Squad Swimmers are required to bring cap, goggles, flippers and a water bottle. Our main focus is on technique. Drills are used to improve Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke & Butterfly.
There will be six (6) opportunities to attend mini squads giving you more flexibility to fit it into conflicting and busy schedules. We’re also offering pricing for anybody who would like to attend multiple sessions per week.

SQUAD
Progression from MINI SQUAD
Bronze Squad
Sessions are 1 hour, swimmers are required to bring cap, goggles, flippers, pull bouy, kick board & a water bottle.
This squad is suited for upper primary & high school children swimming for fun, fitness, surf life saving, ocean races or competitive swimming. Bronze is the first levels of squad where swimmers are getting into a competitive environment. As well as technique, endruance and speed, the sessions will focusing on refinding competition elements of swimming.

Silver Squad
Sessions are 1 hour and 30 minutes, Swimmers are required to bring cap, goggles, flippers, pull bouy, kick board, paddles & a water bottle. This squad is suited for upper primary & high school children swimming for fun, fitness, surf life saving, ocean races or competitive swimming. Silver Squad is the advanced level following Bronze, where swimmers continue to hone their competitive skills. Along with improving technique, endurance, and speed, the sessions will focus on intensifying and mastering the competitive elements of swimming.
